Sourcing And Sampling

Our sourcing & design team keep a keen eye on the latest international catwalks and trends and tailor make a collection based on our clients specific needs. They are able to offer our customers their recommendations on fabrics, trims and accessories, thereby offering the best solution to bring our client’s vision to life.

For each order we have the capability to create a virtual 3D prototype for approval, allowing customers to test the functionality, viability and fit of their design. This reduces waste in the sampling process and cuts down on lead time in the production process ensuring timely deliveries.

Pattern Making And Fabric Cutting

Pattern making in garment manufacturing is a highly skilled technique that calls for great technical abilities. It also requires expertise in interpreting a customer’s design with an understanding of the nuances of garment construction. Our exceptionally trained pattern makers have great technical expertise to draft patterns with utmost perfection. Our team utilize the Accumark marking and grading system to grade patterns and generate markers. Once the patterns are developed, fabric is cut with utmost precision and accuracy using laser cutting tools.

Quality Assurance

Our Internal Quality Assurance Control team perform audits at multiple stages of the production process to ensure that your products meet your specific quality expectations. Inspections begin at the pre-production stage where the quantity and the quality of the raw materials and components are examined. All our processed fabrics our checked on light enhanced fabric checking tables prior to cutting and whilst production is underway, midline checkpoints are present in the sewing lines to ensure all critical operations are performed to satisfaction and the end product is up to the mark and rejection is minimized.

All orders are finally audited by our QA manager as per the AQL standard of each particular customer.
